Shame of the City
City magazines have long been the bastions of self-important people.
I am disappointed to report that the city rag in my new town is just the same as the rest. Full of bad portraits and self congratulation "Tulsa People" doesn't have much meat to it. That is of course barring this months cover story: "What Tulsa Make$."
The story literally reports the annual income of dozens of individuals from letter carriers to teachers to district judges. There they sit in their half page photos with all their info in a pull out box for the world to see. Jeez... am I the only one that really doesn't care?

If it wasn't for city magazines I would have been working at ZJ's in Gorman after all these dang newspaper layoffs
